On October 22, the Ministry of Finance issued a notice on adjusting the export tax rebate rate for some products. This notice will be implemented from November 1, 2018.
According to official news, in order to further simplify the tax system and improve the export tax rebate policy, the export tax rebate rate for some products will be adjusted, and the export tax rebate rate for lamps and other products will increase to 16%.
In lighting related products, time switches, chandeliers, other electrical table lamps, bedside lamps, floor lamps, Christmas tree sets, searchlights, spotlights, other lights and lighting devices, non-electrical lamps and lighting devices are included.
